Download Call Detail Records (CDR) CSV file

1. Login to the system administration.

 

2. Navigate to Queues: CDR.

 

3. Click on Advanced.

 

4. Select a call by clicking on the corresponding checkbox.

 

5. Click on the Download CSV button.
