800 numbers are not dialing

If for some reason, system doesn't dial numbers starting with 800 (US), you need to check if the system is somehow missing the 800 routes. Go to Routes menu and find a route which contains 1800 number. If it is not there, please add it.

One more common reason this might happen is that you are using Other networks where you created a network with prefix 8. In this case other network has preference in regards to standard routes on the system.

One way to be sure is if you see a line like this in the calls CLIR message:

| 10:04:28 | APP: | verbose "Found 'Other Network' prefix - 'Trunk-1'  " | 200 result=1
