Change Authentication PIN


To change your extension PIN number:

  • Login to the system administration
  • Navigate to 'Extensions: Edit'
  • Click on 'Advanced Options'
  • Set four digits in the 'PIN' field
  • Click on 'Save'


NOTE: The PIN number must always be set to exactly 4 (four) digits
